Alltrue customization becomes available in the MY BOX section of a member's My Account page at the start of each season — generally, this will happen about a week or two prior to each seasonal renewal date noted below. We will also list the most up to date customization window for the season in the 'Trending Questions' section of the My Account page at the start of each season.
Rolling emails will be sent to all members who purchased their membership any time prior to the customization window opening for a particular season, notifying them the customization window has opened.
Spring - March 1st
Summer - July 1st
Fall - September 1st
Winter - December 1st

If you are currently a Seasonal Member and are interested in upgrading to an Annual Subscription in order to gain access to our full customization feature in order to customize all choice items in your next seasonal box, you may do so now by using the upgrade link in your Memberships page of your account or by sending an email to our Community Support Team at help@alltrue.com.
