PLEASE NOTE: Customization will not be available again until our Fall '22 Box.
For Annual Members whom purchase their membership any time prior to that season's customization window opening, the Alltrue Custom tool that is used to select and save your choice selections will be found in your MY BOX page, when logged into your account, once the customization window is open. Rolling emails will also be sent to all Annual Members notifying them the customization window has opened for the season.
For Annual Members who purchased their subscription after the initial customization window has opened for the season, you will be instructed to make your choice selections for your first box during the checkout flow.
Once the customization window opens for the season, please follow these steps to make and save your choice selections:
- Log in to your account at shop.alltrue.com/app/login
- Visit your MY BOX page.
- Select the box to begin customization.
- You will be presented with each customization category and will be able to view further details about each product by clicking on the 'View Details' link below each product tile.
- Once you have made your decision for the category, please be sure to click on the 'Select' button below the product tile of your choosing and then click 'Next'. If you would rather not choose from a category, and prefer to be surprised, please select the 'choose for me' option.
- Too many product options making it difficult to decide? Now you don’t have to choose just one, with the addition of our Choice+ feature! If you would like to receive and purchase an additional product from a choice category, simply click on the 'Add' button on the top right of the product tile. At the end of customization you will have the option to purchase any additional products you have added.
- Please repeat the instructions above for each of the choice categories in the box.
- After making a selection for each choice category, you will be presented with a page to review your Box Choices. If you would like to make any changes, you can click on the 'Edit' link next to the product you would like to change.
- If you added any Choice+ products during customization, you will also be able to review and purchase these additional items by selecting 'Confirm Choices + Submit Order'. If you do not wish to purchase the items, please do not select this button — your choice items for the box have already been saved!
Once your seasonal box has been customized, you may still go back to your My Box page to view and edit your existing selections (as long as the customization window is still open). Once the customization window has closed for the season, you will no longer be able to change your choice selections and will instead see your most up to date shipping status. The customization window is typically open for a week or so before and after the 1st of the seasonal month (Spring — March 1st, Summer — June 1st, Fall — Sep. 1st, Winter — Dec. 1st). We often post seasonal schedules on our Instagram page each season, so be sure to follow along for the most up to date information!
