During customization we offer Annual Members the option to purchase additional Box items. Choice+ orders are add-on orders made during the seasonal customization for choice products (as we know it is often hard to select just one choice product from each of the category groups). Choice+ orders ship in line with the seasonal box timeline. You can always find the timeline for the current season posted in our FAQ and in your My Account.
After you select the product you would like to receive in your seasonal box from a choice category, at the bottom of the product box you will see the option to add an additional choice product. If you would like to do so, simply click the add button at the bottom of the product image. Once you have ‘added’ a product, you will see the checkbox display.
If you change your mind, or made a mistake in adding a Choice+ item, simply click the checkmark to remove the item.
At the end of the customization flow, you will be asked to 'Review & Confirm' your Box customizations, as well as see a list of any Choice+ products you have added-on. Your Box Choices will be listed first, and any additional items you have added will be noted in the area under “Review Choice+ Items”. The Order Summary Box will show you the total price for your Choice+ products along with the cost of shipping and any applicable tax. You can also view the shipping timeline for the Choice + order by clicking the information icon . Be sure to double check your selections and only click the ‘Confirm Choices + Submit Order’ button if you wish to purchase your additional Choice+ selections. If you do not wish to purchase the items, please do not select the ‘Confirm Choices + Submit Order’ button — your choice items for the box have already been saved during the customization flow!
